EDSSatSovereignHill

Welcome to this digital learning resource. My name is Dave Webb (Student No. TA0403111), and I live in the Central Highlands region of north-western Victoria. This resource has been developed for EDES290 HASS, under the guidance of Dr Vicki Thorp. Living in this region provides a strong local connection to the history and communities shaped by the Victorian Gold Rush. Using Sovereign Hill in Ballarat as the community resource, this website provides practical and engaging learning experiences for Year 3 HASS. The activities explore how communities change over time and how people from diverse backgrounds have contributed to those changes.
